Unarguably, we know that happy people spread positive vibes wherever they go and naturally make other people who come into contact with them happy and relaxed too.   They create a very constructive environment with their positive vibes and that can benefit generally everyone.  They simply make the world a better place without expecting anything in return.  Do money and wealth bring happiness? Everyone loves the simplicity of this cake and its unique sponginess and the subtle sweetness wrapped in the middle. With all the tips and tricks given, you cannot go wrong anywhere in the process of making this cake.  Remember your mixing bowl is totally dry without any greasiness or wetness so as are the mixing pins of the electric mixer.  Any grime or wetness will not give soft peaks to the egg whites which is the most vital step in achieving a delicate fluffiness of the sponge. Breakfast Pancakes - Delicious, fluffy pancakes

Make these fluffy pancakes for breakfast without taking out any equipment or the kitchen scale to weigh the ingredients.  The measures are given in cups to make it easier for even a child to whip them up. Remember to leave the batter for resting at least 10 - 20mins before start making them as the time allowed for resting will enhance the fluffiness of the pancakes. Fry both sides on butter or margarine but do not overdo it.  Just lightly flip them and fry them until they are golden in colour.  Serve with runny honey or Nutella along with some fresh strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries.   If you prefer blueberry pancakes, just toss a handful into the batter and fry them just the same way. Ingredients needed; Ingredients     Amounts Self-raising fl.      120g Eggs                         4 Caster sugar          140g Corn oil                    50g Salt pinches             3 Baking p.                  1tsp Lemon juice           1tsp Green cake colour - 1/2tsp drops Let’s   Make it; Place the mixer pins in the fridge for a while as the cold pins help in foaming the best peaks from egg whites    Set the oven to 180C Egg whites -  into peaks Separate the egg whites and yolks taking care not to mix even a tiny bit of egg yolks in egg whites Beat egg whites at full speed using an electric hand mixer for 1 min Continue beating while adding half of the sugar and lemon juice Notice the egg whites become stiff and start forming peaks after 2/3 mins.
